Problem with the online Court Booking System

On Saturday March 29th a problem occurred with the online booking system. The system would appear to accept bookings but would subsequently delete all new bookings. In order to investigate the system will be shut down whilst the problem is sourced. Pending the system back up and running we will revert to manual booking sheets. All bookings until Tuesday April 2 will be transferred over before system shuts down. Wednesday April 3 is problematic as it is probable numerous bookings were made and subsequently deleted by the system.

Known bookings that were made by members this Saturday morning in the club were transferred to the manual sheet by the Tennis Captain in the presence of a number of members. We appreciate that other members may have attempted to make bookings but unfortunately there is no record of same.

We ask for your patience in this matter and apologise for the small inconvenience this may cause. The on line system is very beneficial but unfortunately glitches do occur from time to time.We survived with manual sheets for many years so a few days of a very minor inconvenience should not be too onerous on anyone.

Once again apologies for the inconvenience and it is hoped to have the system back up and running asap.
